Tim Jochim is a leading national authority on business succession and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). Other areas of expertise include corporate finance and merger/acquisition. He is adjunct professor of corporate finance at Capital University Law School (Columbus, OH) and is the author of Employee Stock Ownership and Related Plans (Greenwood Press). John Burns is a graduate of Ohio State University Law School with expertise in corporate governance, real estate, tax and business law. As the successful CEO of a manufacturing company serving the technology industry, John has extensive experience in corporate turnarounds and family-owned companies. He was also a two-time finalist for Columbus/Central Ohio Entrepreneur of the Year Award sponsored by Ernst & Young. Kristy Britsch is a graduate of Capital University School of Law where she served as a teaching assistant in the General Litigation Clinic. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, the American Bar Association and Phi Alpha Delta. She has experience in insurance, contract and corporate law, asbestos defense and in general civil matters. Her current areas of practice include general corporate, employee benefits and federal taxation.
Danielle Border is currently enrolled at Columbus State Community College in the Paralegal Studies program. She will obtain her paralegal certificate in 2007. Danielle is a member of the Student Paralegal Association and has seven years of experience working as a legal assistant.
